- Damaged product received: We take utmost care while packaging the products for you but due to unforeseen circumstances, if you receive damaged products, we can cancel your order and issue a refund or replace the product. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will take the necessary steps. In case a complaint is registered with us after 24 hours of receipt of the order, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- Incorrect items received: We are very particular about our fulfilment process and ensure that the right order reaches the right person at the scheduled time. However, in case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will arrange reverse pickup and will get the right product delivered at the earliest. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will take the necessary steps. In case a complaint is registered with us after 24 hours of receipt of the order, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Any other reasons for cancellations or returns would be handled on a case-to-case basis and we do not guarantee a cancelation or an issuance of refund.
Cancellations And Refund For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 working days of us receiving the products back. It may take 7-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
